Joslyn James – who also wants an apology from the shamed golfer – claims she is the victim of "stripper discrimination".
James’ lawyer Gloria Allred has sent a letter to the Ritz Carlton demanding they apologise to James after they cancelled her reservation.
According to TMZ.com, James had booked a room at the Ritz in Charlotte, North Carolina for a three-day stay ending on Sunday.
James was set to stay there while she performed at a local strip club.
But, according to Allred: ”She landed in Charlotte after a long and tiring journey from Los Angeles, only to learn the Ritz had cancelled her reservation.”
The official reason the hotel gave was because James was "a high-profile guest and would attract too much media".
But Allred alleges the real reason for the cancellation might be because Tiger may have been staying at the same hotel.
