Russell Crowe’s wife Danielle Spencer said becoming a parent tamed him.

Spencer, 40, has been married to the actor, 46, for seven years and they have two sons – Charlie, six, and Tennyson, three.

She said to UK newspaper Daily Mirror: "I don’t think I’ve tamed Russell, I

just think there’s a natural progression when you become a parent – you’re relaxed and happier.

"There’s a pretty big shift in your focus when you have children. You can’t really be selfish any more, and I think that’s a good shift. Having children is grounding and very humbling.

Hollywood actor Matt Damon and his wife are expecting their third baby, according to reports.

The Bourne Identity actor, 39, and wife Luciana, 34, are already parents to two girls – Isabella, three, and Gia, 21 months – and Luciana’s 11-year-old daughter from a previous marriage.

Now, the happy couple are reportedly adding to their family and have announced that Luciana is pregnant again
